Cathy's Spelt for Health sells different mixes including scones, flapjacks, wholemeal bread and multi seed bread.
Once all the ingredients were mixed, I used a gluten free flour to dust the cutting board. I cooked the scones in a cupcake tin with cupcake liners, all sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. Divided up, this made 12 scones.
To brown the top I brushed on vegetable oil.
Cook for 30-35 minutes at 200°C/370°F.
