Downward Facing dog lesson- Who's teaching who?
I qualified as a Yoga teacher in the end of June 2016.
I did my 200 hour YTT at the Irish Association of Holistic Medicine in Dublin, Ireland.
The basis of this yoga program was on Hatha Yoga, with a strong focus on mindfulness.
I have incorporated some aspects of vinyasa yoga flow from
my own practice in my teaching. I love talking about the SCIENCE
like the endocrine and musculoskeletal system as well as
the connection between the chakras and mind-body-spirit connection.
I am open to requests of certain styles and favourite poses.
I feel that Breathwork & Present Moment Awareness
are at the foundation of every practice.
