My name is Nora Donahue (Norny for short)

Welcome to my blog including health recipes, herbs, health hacks and many other tips to support your health.

Along with recipes, I share knowledge of herbs, supplements and their specific health benefits. My focus is on promoting health and empowering people to make wholesome choices.

Qualifications

I relocated from Dublin to Vancouver in 2017, and I graduated from the Canadian School of Holistic Nutrition in September 2018 which included a Holistic Culinary Certificate

In 2020, I completed the Advanced Integrative Energy Healing program at Langara College.
This is complimentary to both yoga and nutrition and is based on different
energy modalities including the chakra system and yoga philosophy.
