My Transformations & Adaptations
My dharma is to embody and share my knowledge of preventative side of health. I relocated to Vancouver, BC and enrolled in a holistic nutrition program, which led me to now study energy healing. This website is about my story learning how to customize diet in order to feel healthy and wholesome. It combines a lifestyle blog with recipes, creative, healthy eating, tips on sustainability as well as nutrition and yoga services.
