This frozen treat has a smooth consistency and is completely dairy free! Its easy to make and as the Irish say it "goes down a treat"
2 frozen bananas
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
3 tbsp chocolate oat milk (or equivalent)
Peel and slice bananas into small pieces and freeze in a baggie.
Place bananas, cocoa powder, peanut butter and oat milk in the blender or food processor and pulse until smooth. If bananas seem too frozen, you can let them melt for a few minutes or add more oat milk.
