​Mint tea is a term that can mean Peppermint, Spearmint or a combination of mints. Leaves can be fresh from the garden, or dried in a teabag. 

​Nettle tea is one of my favorite teas. Its refreshing and detoxing. Although it can sting when it grows in the wild, it makes a really nice tea. 

After being stung by nettle when I was 7 years old, I despised the plant. Now I enjoy the taste and amazing health benefits it has to offer.
