Grounding is something I learned in my yoga practice. I use it to drop out of the mind, and become present in the body. Even if I don’t have the opportunity to touch the earth with my feet, I use visualizations during meditations.
Call me a hippie, quack, treehugger or whatever you want! I can’t deny that placing my feet on the earth feels amazing. Go hug some trees!
