Oil Pulling

Oil pulling is easy to do while we are at home, some of the benefits include:

• Draws out toxins within the oral cavity
  
• Restores pH in mouth, balances flow of beneficial saliva
  
• Swishing strengthens muscles around jawline 
  
• Swish for anywhere from 5-15 minutes
  
• Spit into a trash or compost bin, this will clog the plumbing!
