People with severe GI conditions or aversions to fiber should also take caution in juicing.

Herbal teas usually have little to no caffeine. They can be drank early in the morning to late at night. They also provide significant health benefits and often taste really yummy. Herbal teas can also be used for hydrating if you get sick of drinking plain water.
