6 Week Corporate Wellness Yoga Classes
In this 6 week program, I apply yoga postures, breath work and mindfulness to support people in an office environment. Each week varies in focus, with particular attention to common problem areas like wrists, shoulders, hips, low back and hamstrings. This yoga is suited for beginners and intermediate yogis. Hatha yoga poses, moving meditation, visualization, awareness and proprioception will be explored. Class times can vary from the morning before work, lunchtime or after work. Classes run between 45-60 minutes.
