Yoga Classes: Personal Attention and Holistic DevelopmentI qualified as a Yoga teacher in the end of June 2016. I did my 200 hour YTT at the Irish Association of Holistic Medicine on Eccles Street, in Dublin, Ireland. The basis of this yoga program was on Hatha Yoga, with a strong focus on mindfulness. I have incorporated some aspects of vinyasa yoga flow from my own practice in my teaching. I love talking about the SCIENCE like the endocrine and musculoskeletal system as well as the connection between the chakras and mind-body-spirit connection. I am open to requests of certain styles and favourite poses. I feel that Breathwork and Present Moment Awareness is always the foundation of every practice.

Yoga Courses & Corporate Wellness
6 Week Yoga Course6 week courses are a great way to introduce more advanced positions in a safe way. In this 6 week program, I apply yoga postures, breath work and mindfulness to support people in an office environment. Each week varies in focus, with particular attention to common problem areas like wrists, shoulders, hips, low back and hamstrings. This yoga is suited for beginners and intermediate yogis. Hatha yoga poses, moving meditation, visualization, awareness and proprioception will be explored. Class times can vary from the morning before work, lunchtime or after work.
Benefits & Cost SavingsIn 2017, a study was conducted in England for NHS workers and the benefits of adopting yoga in the workplace. The study found that overall quality of life of employees was enhanced, employees had less back pain and absenteeism was reduced showing significant cost savings.

Drop- in Classes & 1 on 1 LessonsI am very flexible with peoples schedules. I am aware that people live busy and hectic lives and sometimes cannot commit to a full 6 week course. Beginner and well-practiced Yogis are welcome to drop in. Or, if you would like a more personal setting we can arrange a private lesson in your work or home place.
